If your boiler is within the warranty period, this could be voided if you don’t arrange the regular, recommended maintenance.

You can check job progress at any time via our portal. As soon as the Symple service provider has finished, you’ll receive a notification that the engineer or assessor completes the work. You will usually receive your certificate within 48 hrs of the job completion by email, and it will also be available to view/download from your dashboard.
